There are many things in running that bring you pure joy. This moment is one of them. I present to you the official Runner’s World #RWRunStreak Finisher’s Crest, designed by me, your favorite dude that runs on pavement.
A brief history of the #RWRunStreak, courtesy of Runner’s World
We’re bringing back the #RWRunStreak to help us—and you—bridge the gap (between reaching your spring goals and starting your fall training) and maintain spring fitness.
Run at least one mile per day, every day, starting on Memorial Day (Monday, 5/28) and ending on Independence Day (Wednesday, 7/4). That’s 38 consecutive days of running.
For those of you that took on the challenge and completed it, grab your Finisher’s Crest (or badge) and tweet it, pin it, add it to you blog, make it your profile picture or frame it. You deserve the recognition, we all do.

My total milage for the RWRunStreak was 142.6 miles… which included my highest total monthly miles in June (118). I can’t argue that the streak didn’t provide extra motivation to get out every day and push the limits.
Congratulations on completing 38 days of magnificent running. Running has done so much for many of us. If you’d like to see where running has taken me, literally, check out my recent post by clicking here. You can also follow along through various social media outlets over to the right. But to be honest, I’m best in under 140 characters.
What was your favorite part of the #RWRunStreak? How many miles did you run?

Nice graphic!
I did the holiday streak from Thanksgiving to New Years. Loved it!
nice badge homeslice! pretty baller if you ask me
Awesome!
WOOHOO!! NICE WORK!
Love the badge! Congratulations on finishing the streak–I’ve been found your blog through the RW website and have been following ever since!
I completed the streak, too! I finished with 63.2 miles–in hindsight I wish I would have put in more miles. That gives me something to work toward in the next streak!
Great job and thanks for reading! Going the full distance is such a daunting task. Glad you were able to get in some solid miles.
love the badge! will definitely be adding it to my post for tomorrow!! my total milage was 67.24 miles! i picked up at the end, but i’m glad rwrunstreak got me going again!
Great job! It definitely was a driving force towards the end… legs start feeling stronger!
Amazing work!!
I started on May 27, logged 97 miles in 39 days, and plan on continuing my streak for as long as I can. I’ve loved the camaraderie of the streak. Congratulations to everyone who completed it, and keep it up to those who are continuing! Thanks for the badge!
That’s amazing. Congrats! Let us know how far you go and for how long… Labor Day?
My favorite part of the streak were the days that I really didn’t feel like running, and didn’t get out and run until 10:30 or 11:00pm. I ran a total of 78.5 miles.
So cool!! What an incredible opportunity. Nice work.
I love the badge! I only made it two weeks before I was feeling some aches that I decided not to push through, but maybe next year I’ll make it all the way and earn that badge!
The badge is freakin’ awesome!!!!! Thanks so much! I’m displaying it proudly!!! I ran a total of 88 miles during the streak. My favorite part was learning that no matter how tired my legs are I can still push them to the limit!
Congratulations! Awesome badge – great job!!
Does anyone know when the next RW Run Streak is?
I’m not sure. Last year they did one from Thanksgiving to New Years. You could always start your own streak… never too late.
I LOVE IT! Thank you!! I’m going to extend mine to Labor Day.
Awesome!!
I didn’t keep track of the miles, but it covered the last of my training for a half marathon, the race itself, plus the 2-miler I ran July 4 to celebrate … and today was Day 41. I haven’t been able to give it up yet. I was proud of myself that no matter what time I had to run, I got the run in every single day.
Behind the ball, but what else is new. 130 miles for me, and I finally broke 100 miles in a month! Thanks for the badge, will be playing catch up in my next post!
