This week’s theme is Danceability — yes, it’s a word. Am I the only one that dances mid run? Hand gestures and all? I can’t imagine what people think when they see me run-dancing. Rancing? Runding?

Something Old: These will be songs that are at least 5 years old. I know that isn’t too long to be considered old, but music turnover happens quickly.

Side Note: Calvin Harris makes an appearance again. I had this song on my 5k list and it works wonders. A must add. Lyrics are repetitive, but damn it if they are not spot on.

Side Note: Thing song was on the radio for a minute but sort of got lost in between Boom Boom Pow and I Gotta Feeling. I love saying “Imma Be Imma Be Imma Imma Be” in the robotic voice during runs. Easy to say in between breaths on marathon, then just think: Imma Be: Fast. Imma Be: Strong. Imma Imma Be: Done
Quotable: “Imma be takin them pics, lookin’ all fly and Sh*t” — and then Instagram them. LOL.
