This is a sponsored post. I received a ShowerPill 10-pack along with compensation for my time. All opinions are my own.

Almost all of my workouts include me “doing something” afterwards. When I do my early morning workouts in the city, I typically stick around for a few more hours taking care of random errands or meeting up with friends. After a trip to the gym, I typically end up going to the local coffee spot and jumping on social media before I head home. Sound familiar?

The last thing I want to do is sit somewhere all stinky and “feeling gross.” I’ll typically bring a change of clothes, but sometimes that’s just not enough and there is still that feeling of sweat residue left behind. In the past, I’ve talked about ways to wipe down on the go, but today I want to share with you a product that I’ve used in the past and wanted to mention again: ShowerPill.

It’s an individually wrapped athletic body wipe that can travel with you without taking up too much space — or easily left in your car, gym bag, or locker. It’s super convenient if you are looking for an easy way to wipe-down post-workout — it dries quickly and doesn’t leave a soapy or sticky residue on your skin.

I’ve pretty much become a pro at washing up at the sink — a practice most of us have done one time or another. This can easily be working into your “clean-up-on-the-go” arsenal. Each wrap is durable enough to get a several wipes across your body. Simply keep it folded and use each side to wipe your skin for 30-seconds, then flip it over, fold and repeat. You don’t need to towel off afterwards to remove any moisture, or sticky residue because it can air dry rather quickly and you’re ready to go.

#NoExcuses

It seems like every day I have a list of things to do and sacrificing my workout is the last thing I want to have happen. We all have a reason NOT to workout. I’ve got excuses lined up out the door, and most of them are valid. But I can’t let them WIN everyday — even though they try. Sometimes I just have to commit to the time to workout and use the common hashtag: #noexcuses. Part of making sure that I’m able to get in my workout AND knock out my list of t0-do’s is by multitasking and combining my workout with an errand afterwards. Gym, then grocery shopping. November Project, then meeting with a friend/client. Being able to clean up post-workout just makes everything easier.
