When I ran the ASICS LA Marathon back in March, I was fortunate enough to be able to take home a NutriBullet courtesy of being a member of the ASICS Blogger Challenge. I always see photos of other runners and fitness folks rocking their smoothies and shaker cups on Instagram, so I am super excited to see what I can mix up… just one problem, I don’t know how to make anything.

I reached out to some friends on the interwebs to see if they had some “coffee-related” recipes. My first thought was to start the morning with making something at home. Since I typically start the day with a Starbucks, I thought we would keep it close to the routine before we start mixing up green kale smoothies with protein and powder (is that a real thing?).

I’m definitely gong to be playing around with making coffee in my NutriBullet. The first one that I made was with whole milk and coffee-flavored ice cream with chocolate chips. Obviously, I need to work on the health content in what I am blending… that is why I called on the super-list above. I need to step up my mixing game.

Let’s create a coffee-recipe link up!

There you have it… looking forward to what we all come up with. I don’t really do too many blog posts around food or recipes… so this should be fun as I take a look at what I can mix up in the kitchen — see what I did there?

What’s your favorite thing to blend?
