Something Old: These will be songs that are at least 5 years old. I know that isn’t too long to be considered old, but music turnover happens quickly.
Something Current: These will be songs that have been released within the past year. I know, but you have to give me some leeway here.
Something to Consider: These will be songs that are not typically heard on the radio and may be by artists you’ve never heard of or considered running to. This is the wild card category, can be old or current.

Side Note: Okay, you might have thought it was gonna be White Wedding or Dancing with Myself, but I’m an 80s baby, so Cradle of Love was more my time… plus I had a mad crush on the blonde. Shhh. Don’t tell wifey.

Artist: Linkin Park
Title: Burn It Down
Side Note: There are plenty of “better” Linkin Park songs to run to, but this one gets the nod as it is the first single off their upcoming album. Nice to hear Chester laying it down and Mike dropping his lyrics. Back to basics I guess, although I do miss the early DJ sounds that were more prominent.. I’m pretty excited about their upcoming album. I’m a true fan that will purchase the entire album without hearing it.

Something to Consider
Artist: Flo Rida
Title: Low
Side Note: Flo Rida makes another appearance. I love this song and have to resist dancing mid run. That and laughing out loud because it makes me think of Tom Cruise in Tropic Thunder (skip to 4:30). MUST ADD.
