Who is on your running playlist the most? We are creatures of habit and when we find an artist that we like, chances are they make a repeat appearance on the playlist. Let’s take a look.

Something Old: Songs that are at least 5 years old. (I know that isn’t too long to be considered old, but music turnover happens quickly.)
Something Current: Songs that have been released within the past year.
Something to Consider: This is the wild card category. Feel free to list any song: old, current, guilty pleasure, underground, whatever.

Something Old

Artist: Flo Rida
Title: Low
Side Note: Only a 2008 song, but it is the “oldest” Flo Rida song on my playlist. This was off his first album and was included in the hilarious movie Tropic Thunder as well.
Quotable: “Them baggy sweat pants And the Reebok’s with the straps (with the straps)”

Something Current

Artist: Flo Rida feat Sia
Title: Wild Ones
Side Note: So excited to see Sia get some more main stream play. Her voice is amazing and she seems so interesting. Oh ya, and Flo Rida just knows how to make your legs run faster. Yep.
Quotable: “I like crazy, foolish, stupid. Party going wild, fist pumping music,”

Something to Consider

Artist: David Guetta Feat. Flo Rida & Nicki Minaj
Title: Where Them Girls At
Side Note: You ladies are so fast at running, I’m often thinking: Where Them Girls At? LOL.
Quotable: “She got me thinking and that’s when I said: Where them girls at, girls at?”

So there you have it. There are actually six Flo Rida songs on my playlist. These three plus, Right Round, Good Feeling and Club Cant Handle Me.

Don’t forget to head over to the catalogue page to see everyone else’s workout playlists. But of course, leave a comment before you do.

How did I do this week?

Do you have and Flo Rida songs on your playlist?
